I have been watching movies and tv shows on Fandangonow on my Roku for quite awhile. Sometimes when I am entering my pin number to get the show I am told I need to try again later.
When I re-enter my pin number it goes through with no problem. I recently saw my banking statement and saw that I was being doubled billed on those shows that I had to put my pin in twice. I had to E-Mail Roku (since billings went through Roku) numerous times to get my money back. It took two months for them to finally start putting money back in my account.
So far over $50.00.
I have not received an apology or anything saying the problem is fixed. Please check your bank statements as soon as possible!
