FandangoNOW - Purchased Series Now Gone From Watchlist
I purchased Season 7 of the Walking Dead the day before it aired. I had 3 episodes left to watch and went to Fandango Now to finish and the season is no longer in my watchlist.
When i went back in to browse and selected it, there is no record of me purchasing it already. I went to their website, there was no phone number listed! I had to actually search google for it! I found 2 phone numbers and am on hold as I write this.
15 minutes on both. They finally answered after 20 minutes - the service rep verified my purchase from october and asked me to unplug and plug my roku back in. I did so without success. The next option was to reset my roku back to factory settings like the day i bought it ---- MEANING ---- I would have re-download all my channels remembering the email addresses and passwords for all, taking up a lot of my time.
And still there would be no guarantee it would be back in my ***! I asked the rep, "Can't you just put it back?" She said she would have to "put in a request with back office and it would take 5 to 10 business days" Really?!?! I bought it...it's supposed to be mine!
My decision - I'll wait for the last 3 episodes on Netflix and Fandango can go f#$! themselves.
