Ticket confirmation
Ticket information to enter Regal theater did not stay on my phone. I couldn't retrieve my ticket info or on my email also.
I called your customer service for help and the gentleman who helped me did a fanatic job. I never experienced such fast proficient service.He retrieved my ticket information and sent a copy to my cell phone. I only wished that I remembered his name.

Tickets
I ordered tickets to a show to take my nieces and nephews. I am a older woman who hasnt been to the show since 2020.
I should have let someone else order the tickets but thought it shouldn't be that hard. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the fact that the website switched me over to fandango instead of leaving me on the MJR website, and I didn't notice the I had ordered for that evening, instead of the next day. I also didn't realize that I should have received an email immediately, but didn't receive one until I inquired about the missing tickets the next day. I immediately called Fandango, and they told me that there was nothing that they could do since the date had already gone by.
I told them that I never received an email or the tickets, but they told me that there was nothing they could do, because if they made an exception for me, they would have to do it for everyone. I explained to them that they are a large company and refunding me my $154 would not break the bank, but the guy was adamant and said there was nothing he could do. And that was the end of that.
I am out of my money and no tickets either. I will never go back to the show if it has anything to do with fandango!

They wouldn't give me a refund because it was after the ticket time.. but I was trying to get the refund before the movie even started so there "policy" is bs

Charged twice
I purchased 2 tickets online to see Wakanda Forever: Black Panther yesterday at Albemarle Movies 8 in Elizabeth City, NC. Looking at my bank activity this morning, I saw that I was charged twice at $19.28 for the tickets.

No customer service
Customer service does not exist They have a contact us support form that when you submit your problem it does not go through. Called by phone and they said they would E mail me, have not heard a thing.
Will never use them again. Do not buy gift cards from them.

I had purchased a total of 216 movies from Fandangonow and when they made the switch to VUDU I now show 114 movies in my library. WHY?
Where are they?
Had I known one day I would lose half of my movies at no fault of my own I would not have purchased any movies from them. I wont buy anything from VUDU now.

No customer support at all
The vudu move is a disaster, but good news, no one at fandangonow or vudu cares. No one is manning any customer support there anywhere. It is amazingly awesome how bad it is.
