- I tried steps but I remain locked out since August 1, and I am disappointed.
I have not been able to login to my account and I have over 300 movies in my library. I have tried everything that you said to try and still locked out of my account.
Since the 1st of the month of August. I am very disappointed with this situation and I will not be telling anyone that Fandango is good because it sucks now.

Never got my refund. The sorriest company I have ever dealt with.
I spoke to the manager, and he said there was nothing they could do, that I was going to have to take a loss in the name of their company.
I feel it's almost robbery! Money is hard to come by, and it should be illegal for them to take people's money like that.

- Fandango refused a refund; $154 is lost.
I ordered tickets to a show to take my nieces and nephews. I am a older woman who hasnt been to the show since 2020.
I should have let someone else order the tickets but thought it shouldn't be that hard. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the fact that the website switched me over to fandango instead of leaving me on the MJR website, and I didn't notice the I had ordered for that evening, instead of the next day. I also didn't realize that I should have received an email immediately, but didn't receive one until I inquired about the missing tickets the next day. I immediately called Fandango, and they told me that there was nothing that they could do since the date had already gone by.
I told them that I never received an email or the tickets, but they told me that there was nothing they could do, because if they made an exception for me, they would have to do it for everyone. I explained to them that they are a large company and refunding me my $154 would not break the bank, but the guy was adamant and said there was nothing he could do. And that was the end of that.
I am out of my money and no tickets either. I will never go back to the show if it has anything to do with fandango!
